Adult Tennis:

Massachusetts Indoor Tennis Association (MITA) 

The Massachusetts Indoor Tennis Association is an organization of indoor tennis facilities located in Southern Massachusetts. Its purpose is to promote and provide tennis competition to its Member Clubs for their own individual members. It has been formed to offer a coordinated structure of team play at various levels for men and women. We are members of the Baystate Tennis Conference and partnered with he Weymouth Club, YMCA/Hanover, Scituate Racquet & Fitness Club, The Kingsbury Club, The Villages and Lakeville Athletic Club.

Ladies MITA Teams:

* Champs, Aces, Div. 1, 2 & 3

* Practice on Mondays or Tuesdays

* Match play on Wednesday or Thursday

Men's MITA Teams:

* South of Boston A,B & C level

* 3.5 - 5.0 Level

* MATCH play on Saturdays

Mixed Doubles MITA League (NEW THIS YEAR):

*2.5 - 4.0 LEVELS

*MATCH play on Sundays

Women's Singles MITA League:

* 2.5 - 4.0 LEVELS

*MATCH play on Sundays

Women's Z League:

*2.0-2.5 LEVELS

*MATCH play on Fridays

Intra-Club Ladies Program:

*The Intra club program is made up of 2.5 + level players who want to improve their tennis game, meet other players, and enjoy a little friendly competition. Skills and drills (4 players & a pro/court) are held on Tuesdays from 1-2:30pm and match play is held on Thursdays from 11-12:30pm. Players get to play with and against the other intra club players. All matches are held at the club. Individual scores are recorded and the player with the highest winning average will get a free 1 hour private lesson with one of our pros.* 2.0 - 3.0 Levels

Cardio Clinic:

* Thursday 12:30 - 1:30pm

* Friday 12:00 - 1:00pm

You will hit it a ton of balls and get a great cardio workout

Ladies Team Doubles Clinic:

* Thursday 1:30 - 2:30pm

Competitive play with the pro with the focus on doubles strategy

Men's Tuesday night skills and drills Clinic:

* A weekly men's clinic on Tuesday nights from 7:30 - 9:00pm

* The clinic focuses on groundstrokes, serves and return of serve, singles/doubles strategy and position along with a great workout

* Sign up on a weekly basis

Men's Thursday night Round Robin - Level 3.5 and above:

* A weekly singles and/or doubles round robin on Thursday nights from 7:30-9:00pm

* Weekly signups required

* 2-8 registrants per week

* Pairing made by our Tennis pros

U.S.T.A. Women's Summer Travel Teams:

The USTA teams compete against other teams of a similar ability level from the middle of May thru the end of July. Depending upon the level, the matches are Monday - Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:00 with practices during the week. Each team in the league will have as many as 15 women per team. The team match format will consist of 2 singles and 3 doubles positions. Eligibility at the 3.0 and 3.5 level would be appropriate for those who participate in Intraclub, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 teams. Eligibility at the 4.0 and 4.5 level would be appropriate for those who participate at the Aces and Champs level.   

Junior Programs:

It is our goal to make tennis fun for every child in our program. We hope to develop a sense of accomplishment and competency so each child will feel positive about playing tennis now and for the rest of their lives. We will evaluate each child to find an appropriate age and ability group so they have the best opportunity to improve and have fun at the same time.
